Creatr HS Power Cord Questions. USA/Texas implementation

Hello, Our new Creatr HS came with a power cord however the plug that goes into the wall is a little different than im use to. The wall plug side has the two flat prongs that are side by side but the round (ground) prong is not present. Instead there is an electrical gator clip attached by a small wire connecting to the wall plug end of the power cord. Did I get the wrong power cord?

Would you be so kind as to update a picture of the power cable so I can check against the standard US power cord?

Indeed it does not look like the standard US power cord because of the electrical gator for the ground. Did you talk to the reseller you bought the unit from?
