Extrusion at lower temperature than default

Dear all,

Does anyone know how to enable printing at lower temperature (100-120°C)? Im currently testing new materials for the creatr but the software does not allow me (preventing cold extrusion).

Thanks!

 As far as I know that setting is in the firmware.

From the Configuration.h file for the Creatr Dual:

#define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 150

If you don't have the factory firmware you can get a copy by creating a support ticket.

Bob

Thanks! I give it a try.

Open the control panel in Simplify3D and send a M302 command to the connected printer which overrides the prevention of cold extrusion. You only have to send it once until the printer is rebooted.
